Following the announcement from the Government we wanted to take the opportunity to reassure our customers that we are still allowed to be open and to trade. We supply many hospitals, care homes and GP surgeries as well as homes across the UK.
What are we doing?
We have been advised by Royal Mail that due to increased volumes and higher staff absences there is a slight delay in delivering some orders within the standard 2-3 working days delivery period. They are requesting allowing a little extra time to deliver your order. Deliveries - if an order is urgent please select the courier option.
We have implemented procedures based on government's guidelines to ensure,that all staff areas are free from infection. Our offices and warehouses have been fitted with hand sanitizers and anyone visiting our trade counter has been asked to stay behind the 2m distance zoned area.
We are running our offices on skeleton staff with workstations 2 metres apart. Other staff members not in the office have been provided with laptops and full access to incoming sales/customer service calls so you continue to receive the same level of service that you are used to.
Our delivery partners have confirmed that daily collections from our warehouse will continue as normal. We have always held good stocks here but as we are sure you can appreciate some items may be harder to source in the coming weeks and delivery times may be effected by this.We will however offer alternative brands/products if this is an option.
